Due to the specialist and perishable nature of research compounds, our returns policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We do not accept returns on dispatched orders unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect product was sent. Research compounds are perishable and handled under strict quality-control conditions — once dispatched, we are unable to accept them back into inventory.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as promptly as possible before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been packaged and booked for collection, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the packaging and the product received
We will assess your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
- An item was received damaged with photographic evidence provided within 48 hours
- An incorrect product was sent and confirmed by our team
- An order was cancelled successfully before dispatch
Non-refundable circumstances
We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:
- Orders refused at customs due to import regulations in the destination country (customers are responsible for verifying local import rules before ordering)
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
